Tammy spent 18 years working at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services before joining her husband and forming Coaching by the Balls in 2012. The final 10 years at the agency, she served as the Change Management Director where she wrote and implemented successful change programmes.

Tammy is a highly sought after speaker, lecturer and workshop trainer. She is respected for her talent helping people identify and use their personal power to overcome barriers to change and then perform at the highest level possible. She is known for her compassionately candid approach to transferring knowledge that promotes personal and professional development. She declares a stance against the Industrial Revolution mindset.

Tammy and her husband, Rob Ball, are certified partners of Wiley Publishing and official facilitators of the highly successful team model known as The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.

Rob has nearly 40 years’ experience in business, the vast majority in senior roles. His background is primarily in Human Resources and consultancy, his last corporate role was HR Director, GKN Autostructures.

Rob’s work passions relate to changing people’s behavior, leadership development and teamwork. His expertise is organizational health and development, change leadership and company ethics. He is an international speaker (USA, Ireland, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Austria and Germany), educator, coach and consultant.

Rob and his wife, Tammy, are certified partners of Wiley Publishing and official facilitators of the highly successful team model known as The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Their business, Coaching by the Balls LLC mainly operates in the UK and USA.

Keith Fielding

Keith has spent a lifetime working with and implementing his passion for Continuous Improvement/Lean principles with over 25 years experience within Aerospace manufacturing. This passion along with the qualifications gained at the world famous Cranfield University School of Applied Science has been used to support C/I programmes around the globe with many Blue Chip organisations.

Latterly this experience has been utilised within a Training & Development role at BDM where students are guided through the principles & disciplines of C/I & Lean in Leadership & Management roles.

Craig Sharp

Craig's training experience encompasses public and private sector delivery over the last 15 years. He specialises in IT and marketing and brings the two subjects together in one of his acclaimed courses, Emarketing on a Budget.

Beside delivering training for BDM Craig is managing director of Abussi, an IT services business, keeping him acutley aware of current business issues.

Fred is an experienced trainer and consultant specialising in the field of sales, leadership and performance. His unique style allows him to release the potential from his clients through active and encouraged participation.
