At Level 4 we start working on the strategic tier of Leadership and Management. We develop personal abilities and technical skills required to be a senior manager. Ideal for new and aspiring middle and senior managers and will help develop the skills at this level.
Understanding the Management Role to improve management performance: Access own knowledge skills and behaviour and their effect on performance. Identify organisations goals and objectives. Explore how interpersonal and communications skills affect performance.
Motivating People: Understand the factors that may affect performance and motivation in the workplace. Be able to improve levels of motivation to increase levels of performance in the workplace.
Individual Mental Toughness: Evaluate models of mental resilience. Understand the business benefits of supporting the physiological well being in the workplace.
Developing People in the Workplace: Develop an understanding of the importance of promoting personal development. Assess the benefits to the organisation and individuals of personal development.
